Letter of Complaint

EON UK PLC Customer / Complainant / Claimant is submitting this Letter of Complaint dated 15 January 2023 in response to EON UK PLC conspiring with Richburns Limited to mislead the court to obtain a court warrant to replace property owner's meters without permission to obtain money under false pretenses.

Confirming

Two 13 December 2022 Richburn Limited issued EON Energy Solutions Limited "Urgent notice" letters shows EON Energy Solutions Limited is going to mislead the court to fraudulently obtain a court warrant to illegally replace property owner's meters as part of a repeatedly disputed fraudulent debt recovery process which has been disputed in 2020 claim against Michael Lewis EON UK PLC CEO and 2020 Complaint correspondence. Statement of Facts

1. EON UK PLC incorporated in April 1989 as The Power Generation Company PLC ("Powergen UK PLC").
2. Powergen UK PLC name changed to EON UK PLC in July 2004
3. Powergen UK PLC customers became EON UK PLC customers in July 2004.
4. EON UK PLC issued EON Energy Solutions Limited energy bills and correspondence.
5. EON UK PLC issued EON Next Energy Limited energy bills and correspondence.
6. EON UK PLC issued EON Next Energy Limited and EON Energys Solutions Limited invoices for gas/electricity provided by EON UK PLC.
7. EON UK PLC is misleading customers about the true identity of customers contracted energy supplier.
8. EON UK PLC is misleading customers into paying money to EON companies and entities not owed money.
9. EON UK PLC conspiring with debt collection companies listing EON UK PLC client name as "EON Energy" which is not a legal entity and; not an energy supplier and not the lawful holder of EON UK PLC customers accounts.
10. EON UK PLC did not issue documents stating which EON company is taking EON UK PLC customers money.
11. EON UK PLC conspiring with debt collection companies and Morrison Meter Service Limited to threaten meter replacement to get money for debt collection companies to give to an EON company not an energy supplier and not the lawful holder of EON UK PLC customer accounts and personal data.
12. EON UK PLC conspiring with debt collection companies to mislead the court to get a warrant of entry for the purpose of threatening meter replacement as part of a court disputed fraudulent debt recovery process
13. EON UK PLC obtaining a court warrant to replace property owner's meters without permission to get money is; 1) Fraud and Misrepresentation and; 2) Making Legal Threats and; 3) Misleading the court and; 4) Extortion and Coercion and Intimidation and; 5) Trespassing and Breaking and Entering and; 6) Theft and Destruction of Private Property and; Harassment and; 7) Obtaining money under false pretenses which are serious crimes and grounds for legal action.

Complaint

1. Michael Lewis EON UK PLC CEO did not respond to 2022 complaint correspondence listing issues related to Mr Lewis conspiring with legal representatives to mislead the court to prevent 2020 claim against Mr Lewis succeeding and; conceal EON UK PLC true energy supplier identity and no response to EON UK PLC continuing to defraud EON UK PLC customers to customers financial and medical detriment.
2. EON UK PLC conspired with Richburns Limited to issue EON Energy Solutions Limited letters threatening court action to fraudulently obtain a court warrant as part of court disputed fraudulent debt recovery action against Complainant.
3. EON UK PLC conspired with Richburns Limited to threaten court action and meter replacement to victimise and harass Complainant to obtain money under false pretenses.
